- Unlock your chosen e-scooter by scanning the code located on the handlebar with the TOOK app, and ride with care.
- Upon reaching your destination, confirm that you are in an authorized parking area via the app to avoid additional fees, or relocate to the nearest permitted zone if necessary.
- Securely park the e-scooter and finalize your trip by tapping “end ride” in the app. A photo of the parked scooter will be required at this step.
Be sure to conclude your ride in the app to prevent any unintended charges.
